Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end CRO strategy for a portfolio of clients
• Conduct research to uncover friction points and growth opportunities using various methods
• Build and manage testing roadmaps, collaborating with teams to launch impactful experiments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
• Experience with tools such as VWO, GA4, and Hotjar
• Deep understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnel strategy
• Experience in web or product design is a bonus
