Job Summary

Managing key customer relationships, the full-time remote Senior Crop Nutrients Sales Representative will drive sales of crop nutrient products, optimize margins, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth in the Southern Plains region.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee sales of crop nutrients through wholesale programs, ensuring optimal margins and supply chain value
  • Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with team members to meet sales and growth targets
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer relationships, effectively communicating the value proposition of crop nutrient offerings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a Business-related field with a minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience
  • Valid driver's license in accordance with company policy for operating a company vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated marketing experience with a focus on identifying growth opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions and resolve conflicts effectively
