Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute disruptive, low-cost growth initiatives tailored to the crypto trading industry
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with crypto-native projects and platforms
• Create and document playbooks for successful growth experiments to enable cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or strategic partnerships within the crypto or Web3 industry
• Deep knowledge of the crypto trading industry, including exchanges and DeFi mechanics
• Proven track record of executing impactful acquisition campaigns in a crypto context
• Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the crypto ecosystem
• Active participation in crypto communities and strong cross-functional influencing skills
