Senior Cryptocurrency Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Senior Cryptocurrency Compliance Officer is a full-time role responsible for leading the AML/CFT program focused on cryptocurrency banking, conducting complex investigations, and providing strategic guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and development of AML/CFT policies and strategies related to cryptocurrency banking
• Manage complex AML/CFT investigations and provide expert guidance on cryptocurrency compliance matters
• Develop quality assurance methodologies and training programs for AML/CFT processes related to cryptocurrency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• CAMS certification strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and related regulatory requirements
• Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems
• Strong leadership and investigative skills
