Senior CSA Estimator

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of a major semiconductor manufacturing facility, the full-time Senior CSA Estimator will independently prepare and present cost estimates, manage commercial aspects, and evaluate contractor tenders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on vendor strategies, assess proposals, and manage the appointment process
• Independently evaluate tenders and prepare commercial recommendations for change orders and variations
• Perform high-level reviews of change orders and manage cost comparisons using relevant software tools

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or estimating within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and industry technical matters
• RICS accreditation or progress towards it is valuable
• Experience in cost management for medium to large construction projects
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred
