Senior CUDA Compiler Engineer

Job Summary

Working full-time in a hybrid or remote capacity, the Senior CUDA Compiler Engineer will design and implement compiler transformations, develop MLIR-based dialects, and optimize tile-based kernels for efficient execution across multiple NVIDIA GPU architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement compiler transformations and optimization techniques for CUDA Tile
• Develop MLIR-based dialects and lowering passes to enhance performance
• Define public APIs and lead software engineering efforts within the CUDA Tile team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in compiler optimization, performance analysis, and IR design
• Strong C/C++ programming and software design skills, including debugging and performance analysis
• Ability to work independently and lead development efforts
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in a dynamic team environment
