Job Summary
To support compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations for public and private clients, the full-time Senior Cultural Resources Specialist will manage cultural resources projects, lead technical report preparation, and engage in business development while working on-site in Colorado.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage cultural resources work teams to prepare reports supporting various industry projects
- Oversee and interpret data for ongoing investigations, mitigation, or monitoring projects
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients through quality support and networking
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in archaeology, anthropology, or a closely related field meeting Secretary of the Interior Professional Qualification Standards
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience, with advanced degrees counting towards this requirement
- Thorough understanding of NEPA, NHPA, and related regulations regarding historic properties and Tribal consultation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and industry-related software
- Authorization to work permanently in the US
