Senior Curriculum Designer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing training resources, the full-time Senior Curriculum Designer will evaluate and create training programs for customer service and operational systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement instructional strategies to enhance learning and performance
• Lead stakeholder meetings to develop learning strategies and oversee development processes
• Create and implement online learning simulations and assessments, ensuring timely delivery of training project plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in corporate curriculum design or training development
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience in designing online curricula in adult learning settings
• Preferred experience with Articulate Storyline, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems
