Senior Custom PCell Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Custom PCell & Layout Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain parameterized cells (PCell/pyCell) for devices and layout generators
• Ensure geometry correctness, parameter validation, and compliance with DRC/LVS standards
• Develop and test PCells using Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong expertise in PCell development and layout automation for custom ICs
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler
• Knowledge of DRC/LVS, extraction, netlisting, and simulation processes
• Ability to create automated test suites and maintain robust layout generators
