Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Account Manager - West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of Enterprise accounts, aiming for a retention rate of 90% or higher and identify opportunities for revenue expansion
  • Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions
  • Consult with customers to understand their business goals and ensure ongoing value from the company's products and services
Required Qualifications
  • 9 to 14 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and customer relationship management
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
