Job Summary

- Manage a book of Enterprise accounts, aiming for a retention rate of 90% or higher and identify opportunities for revenue expansion
- Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions
- Consult with customers to understand their business goals and ensure ongoing value from the company's products and services
Required Qualifications
- 9 to 14 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
- Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
- Expertise in contract negotiation and customer relationship management
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
