Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of Enterprise accounts with a retention goal of 90% or higher and identify opportunities for revenue expansion
  • Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions, consulting with customers throughout the lifecycle
  • Establish key relationships with executive sponsors and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 9 to 14 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
