Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of Enterprise accounts with a retention goal of 90% or higher and identify opportunities for revenue expansion
- Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions, consulting with customers throughout the lifecycle
- Establish key relationships with executive sponsors and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
- 9 to 14 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
- Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
