Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 high-touch customer accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Account Manager will drive renewals and expansion opportunities while collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance the customer experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage customer accounts, focusing on renewals and identifying growth opportunities
  • Engage proactively with customers 6-9 months prior to renewal to mitigate risks and explore upsell options
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline and ensure efficient deal execution
Required qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with renewals and growth strategies within an existing customer base
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative approach to customer interactions
