Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 high-touch customer accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Account Manager will oversee renewals, drive expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance the customer experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage renewals and expansion opportunities for a portfolio of customer accounts
- Proactively engage customers to identify risks and growth opportunities ahead of renewal periods
- Lead strategic renewal conversations while balancing retention goals with pricing and upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in account management, customer success management, or sales, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in revenue-focused roles
- Experience managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within existing customer bases
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to customer interactions
