Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 high-touch customer accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Account Manager will drive revenue retention, identify expansion opportunities, and oversee the end-to-end commercial relationship while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the renewal cycles and proactively engage customers to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Drive predictable revenue through accurate pipeline management and collaboration with Customer Success teams
- Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in account management, customer success management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a revenue-focused role
- Experience managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within a customer base
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach to customer conversations
