Job Summary

To support customer retention and growth, the full-time Senior Customer Account Manager will manage existing accounts, drive sales through telephone interactions, and enhance customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting multi-product business solutions and advanced product upgrades
  • Conduct biannual account reviews and maintain regular digital interactions with the mid-market customer base
  • Prepare sales documentation and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams for customer solution implementation
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer account management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant tools
  • Experience in inbound/outbound call center environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction through solution-based selling
