Job Summary
Driving customer retention and growth, the full-time Senior Customer Account Manager will manage existing client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction through regular contact, and achieve sales targets in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by driving revenue and selling multi-product solutions
- Conduct biannual account reviews with midmarket customers to assess business needs and promote advanced product upgrades
- Engage with small and medium business customers through regular digital interactions and outbound calls to achieve sales quotas
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer account management
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in inbound/outbound call center environments
- Strong understanding of billing systems and order entry processes
