Senior Customer Account Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Dollar Tree and Sav-A-Lot, the full-time Senior Customer Account Specialist will drive category growth, develop business plans, and manage commercial spend while working in a hybrid or remote capacity from the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets
• Develop category driving business plans and customize presentations for Dollar/Value Accounts
• Manage commercial spend and ensure timely communication of customer/category and forecast information

Required qualifications

• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role or similar experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills and experience in leading projects
• Demonstrated understanding of sales fundamentals and successful KPI delivery in previous roles
