Senior Customer Account Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Coffee & Beverage categories, the full-time remote Senior Customer Account Specialist will drive category growth and manage sales responsibilities for Dollar Tree and Sav-A-Lot, while developing business plans and providing actionable insights based on data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets
• Develop and customize category business plans and customer presentations
• Manage commercial spend and ensure effective communication of customer/category forecast information

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred
• 1+ years of account management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills and experience leading projects
