Senior Customer Account Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting customer and category growth, the full-time Senior Customer Account Specialist will drive annual sales targets and develop business plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets
• Develop category driving business plans and customize presentations for customers
• Analyze category reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications

• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role or similar experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills and experience in leading projects
• Good working knowledge of the grocery, mass, and new business customer base
