Job Summary

Senior Customer Advocacy Director is a full-time position focused on executive engagement and customer advocacy, requiring a strong technical and commercial background to influence strategic deals and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial voice for executive customer engagements
  • Develop and deliver tailored agentic AI narratives for specific industries and audiences
  • Own the Voice of Customer strategy and facilitate Journey Mapping sessions to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in enterprise technology or customer experience with a strong technical foundation
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Expertise in Voice of Customer methodologies and advocacy program development
  • Experience engaging directly with C-suite executives to influence decisions
  • Proven ability to articulate a compelling agentic AI vision
