Job Summary
Senior Customer Advocacy Director is a full-time position focused on executive engagement and customer advocacy, requiring a strong technical and commercial background to influence strategic deals and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial voice for executive customer engagements
- Develop and deliver tailored agentic AI narratives for specific industries and audiences
- Own the Voice of Customer strategy and facilitate Journey Mapping sessions to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology or customer experience with a strong technical foundation
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Expertise in Voice of Customer methodologies and advocacy program development
- Experience engaging directly with C-suite executives to influence decisions
- Proven ability to articulate a compelling agentic AI vision
