Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager in the Tri-State Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients and partner with internal teams and SI's in delivering the platform and services
  • Guide customers through technical and business solutions to drive adoption and value of the platform
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies, track renewals, and support expanding use of the platform within accounts

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, project management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Specific experience in client relationship management, technical delivery, and managing key customers
  • Technical knowledge and a desire to learn the platform
  • Service orientation and solution-minded approach
