Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager to build and scale customer advocacy programs to drive sales and enhance brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global customer reference and review programs to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Create compelling customer stories and case studies to enhance brand credibility and drive pipeline growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective engagement of referenceable customers and maximize advocacy opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related field (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer reference and advocacy programs
  • Experience with advocacy programs across multiple products and global scope
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and advocacy tools
