Job Summary
Leading the global customer advocacy program, the full-time Senior Customer Advocacy Manager will manage customer references, develop compelling narratives, and partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance customer storytelling remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage Skillsoft's global customer advocacy program, including customer references and peer reviews
- Develop and amplify customer stories that highlight the impact of Skillsoft's platform on business performance
- Establish scalable systems and tools to track advocacy activities and measure business impact
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference programs within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships with executive-level customers
- Strong storytelling skills to translate customer outcomes into compelling narratives
- Experience in balancing short-term sales needs with long-term brand storytelling
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
