Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Specialist to build and scale a customer advocacy program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the customer advocacy program, including reference management and case study production
  • Identify and develop relationships with customer advocates to enhance marketing programs
  • Track and report on advocacy program KPIs and build advocate recognition programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in customer marketing or customer advocacy in a B2B technology environment
  • Proven ability to produce customer case studies and testimonials
  • Experience managing peer review platform programs
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain advocate engagement
