Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to join their Retention & Loyalty organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer reporting and analysis across key lifecycle metrics including acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, and lifetime value
  • Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to support reporting and analysis
  • Analyze customer behavior trends and subscription dynamics to identify insights and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, customer analytics, or business intelligence within an eCommerce company
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets
  • Strong experience analyzing customer, subscription, or lifecycle data
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with metrics such as retention, churn, LTV, and engagement
