Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect to manage technical relationships with enterprise customers and drive AI-enabled marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise customers, including technical implementation and project management
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts post-onboarding, focusing on adoption, expansion, and value realization
  • Develop AI-powered workflows for marketing enablement and create internal tools to enhance team operations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a client-facing technical role such as solutions architecture or technical customer success
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
  • Experience leading complex technical projects from kickoff to delivery
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and data pipeline concepts
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and designing prompt-based workflows or automations
