Job Summary

Senior Customer Architect, a full-time position focused on providing technical guidance and support for Elastic solutions in the public sector, ensuring customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion while aligning technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical support and coverage
  • Define and implement technical success plans tailored to customer goals
  • Facilitate a successful customer journey from onboarding to increased utilization of Elastic solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus
  • Located in the Washington DC Metro area
  • Experience with Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or the Elastic stack is advantageous
