Job Summary
As a trusted technical advisor, the full-time Senior Customer Architect will work remotely to define and communicate technical success criteria for customers, ensuring the effective deployment and utilization of Elastic solutions within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical support while identifying new business opportunities
- Define and implement technical success plans tailored to customer goals, ensuring optimal use of Elastic solutions
- Facilitate a successful customer journey from onboarding to adoption, driving increased utilization of Elastic solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field highly preferred
- Validated experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
- Hands-on experience with one or more Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or the Elastic stack
- Strong understanding of aligning technical solutions with business objectives
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
