Job Summary
To support client success in a dynamic environment, the full-time Senior Customer Architect will design and implement solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams, working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities

- Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Providing technical guidance and support during client onboarding and ongoing engagement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical architecture or solution design
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and data management
- Experience with Elastic products or similar technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant technical certifications or degrees in computer science or a related field
