Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Customer Assurance to manage and improve their Customer Assurance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for security, privacy, AI, and compliance concerns from internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Coordinate and prioritize customer assurance review requests and ensure timely completion of reviews
  • Maintain and develop AI-driven response tools and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in security, privacy, customer assurance, or compliance roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience managing high volume support request queues
  • Working knowledge of content management or automation systems
  • Solid understanding of information security, privacy, risk, and compliance
