A company is looking for a Senior Customer Care Engineering Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team of engineers, solution architects, and reporting engineers
  • Provide technical and leadership guidance to enable best technology solutions for sales and operations teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision, influence the roadmap, and drive engineering and operations efficiencies
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience in CRM and operations SaaS software products
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex software development programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong experience with CRM, customer service, and reporting solutions (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
