Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Complex Customer Care Representative, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships to provide premium service and end-to-end resolution for members
- Educate members on claims, benefits, and healthcare navigation, while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Meet performance goals in areas such as member satisfaction, call quality, and first call resolution
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a high-demand contact center or customer service environment
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare field or related customer service roles
- Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and Saturdays
