Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Complex Customer Care Representative, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to provide premium service and end-to-end resolution for members
  • Educate members on claims, benefits, and healthcare navigation, while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Meet performance goals in areas such as member satisfaction, call quality, and first call resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-demand contact center or customer service environment
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare field or related customer service roles
  • Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and Saturdays
