Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Transition between multiple financial platforms and complete training for various lines of business
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complex issues in real time


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • First call resolution and call center experience
  • Ability to work full time and attend training during specified hours
