Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Complex Customer Care Representative working remotely, the candidate will deliver high-quality service to 50-70 callers daily, managing inquiries across multiple Optum Financial platforms and serving as a subject matter expert for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues efficiently
- Transition between various Optum Financial platforms multiple times daily based on business needs
- Complete training to support multiple lines of business and deliver consistent service across all platforms
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- First call resolution experience
- Call center experience
- Ability to attend training for the first five weeks during an 8-hour shift, scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm CST
