Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Complex Customer Care Representative working remotely, the candidate will deliver high-quality service to 50-70 callers daily, managing inquiries across multiple Optum Financial platforms and serving as a subject matter expert for the team.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues efficiently
  • Transition between various Optum Financial platforms multiple times daily based on business needs
  • Complete training to support multiple lines of business and deliver consistent service across all platforms
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • First call resolution experience
  • Call center experience
  • Ability to attend training for the first five weeks during an 8-hour shift, scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm CST
