Job Summary

Supporting the Eastern Time Zone remotely, the full-time Senior Customer Care Representative will manage customer inquiries, provide ongoing training for new hires, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while driving process improvements in patient care.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to order management, product returns, and custom bracing through various communication channels
  • Provide ongoing training and support for new hires, focusing on product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a customer care role, with a preference for senior-level experience
  • 4+ years of experience with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and remote telephony platforms
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy related to orthopedic bracing is required
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
