Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist (Manheim).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and tools to efficiently resolve client needs
  • Manage high volumes of tasks and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
  • Build relationships with clients and assist with onboarding and vehicle dispatching
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
