Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist (Manheim).
Key Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and tools to efficiently resolve client needs
- Manage high volumes of tasks and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
- Build relationships with clients and assist with onboarding and vehicle dispatching
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
