Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and tools to resolve client needs efficiently
- Manage high volume of tasks, identify client needs, and provide solutions while maintaining accurate documentation
- Build relationships with clients, assist with onboarding, and ensure excellent client service
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented role
