Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and tools to resolve client needs efficiently
  • Manage high volume of tasks, identify client needs, and provide solutions while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Build relationships with clients, assist with onboarding, and ensure excellent client service
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented role
