Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client needs efficiently by utilizing knowledge base and maintaining accurate client records
  • Manage high volumes of tasks while building sustainable client relationships and providing exceptional service
  • Assist clients with onboarding and effectively communicate the use of client-facing tools
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of auction and/or logistics/transportation is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
