Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve client needs efficiently by utilizing knowledge base and maintaining accurate client records
- Manage high volumes of tasks while building sustainable client relationships and providing exceptional service
- Assist clients with onboarding and effectively communicate the use of client-facing tools
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of auction and/or logistics/transportation is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
