Senior Customer Development Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with the Director of Customer Development, the full-time Senior Customer Development Analyst will support brand strategy, reporting, and planning at Costco to drive sales growth and achieve strategic goals, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of customer objectives and develop operational plans to manage execution and measure results
• Assist in preparing for sales, customer, and internal meetings, and support day-to-day sales activities
• Identify new growth opportunities and monitor Costco's e-commerce strategy while providing monthly reporting on sales and competitive performance

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or using syndicated data
• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Experience in consumer goods, particularly Vitamins and Supplements, and familiarity with Costco or club channel business
• Proficiency in Power BI or other BI reporting tools
• Knowledge of project management in a complex, fast-moving environment
