Job Summary
Leading sales activities for assigned distributors, the remote Senior Customer Development Manager will manage team performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive strategic growth initiatives while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through goal setting and performance feedback
- Oversee distributor partnerships, aligning strategies with retailer objectives and optimizing performance
- Translate data and insights into actionable customer strategies and executive-ready presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- At least 7 years of sales experience, particularly with strategic Natural Channel customers
- Prior experience managing cross-functional teams in a complex organization
- Experience working closely with distributors in a multi-tier retail model
- Strong background in consumer goods, particularly in vitamins and supplements
