Job Summary
Building and scaling customer education programs, the full-time Senior Customer Education Manager will develop content, launch learning initiatives, and enhance self-service resources in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute Allego's customer enablement strategy, creating scalable programs for customer learning and engagement
- Transform product documentation into a modern self-service experience with practical guidance and best practices
- Design and deliver engaging educational experiences, including videos, guides, and webinars, to enhance customer adoption and success
Required qualifications
- Direct experience in building and scaling customer education or enablement programs within a SaaS organization
- Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms and sales enablement technology
- Proven track record in developing customer education strategies based on adult learning principles
- Experience administering customer education or related enablement technologies
- Strong program management skills with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional communication and instructional design
