Job Summary

Building and scaling customer education programs, the full-time Senior Customer Education Manager will develop content, launch learning initiatives, and enhance self-service resources in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute Allego's customer enablement strategy, creating scalable programs for customer learning and engagement
  • Transform product documentation into a modern self-service experience with practical guidance and best practices
  • Design and deliver engaging educational experiences, including videos, guides, and webinars, to enhance customer adoption and success
Required qualifications
  • Direct experience in building and scaling customer education or enablement programs within a SaaS organization
  • Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms and sales enablement technology
  • Proven track record in developing customer education strategies based on adult learning principles
  • Experience administering customer education or related enablement technologies
  • Strong program management skills with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional communication and instructional design
