Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of the Scaled Agent Suite, providing automated learning plans to Account Teams
  • Maintain and optimize the customer enablement playbook for modularity and AI agent consumption
  • Automate the nurture process to convert learner data into B2B opportunities for Account Teams
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering measurable global field motions
  • Experience with RAG-based AI tools and understanding of data inputs affecting AI outputs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
  • Familiarity with the education technology or customer training landscape is a significant plus
