Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Customer Enablement Manager will define and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention of Micromedex, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead an implementation strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Build a retention-focused operating model integrated with cross-functional teams to support adoption efforts
- Own training and change management strategies to facilitate customer transitions and maximize product utilization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems/Technology
- 5+ years of experience in managing customer enablement or delivery teams in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across distributed teams
- Experience driving accountability for adoption and retention metrics
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and familiarity with interoperability standards preferred
