Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Customer Enablement Manager will define and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention of Micromedex, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead an implementation strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Build a retention-focused operating model integrated with cross-functional teams to support adoption efforts
  • Own training and change management strategies to facilitate customer transitions and maximize product utilization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems/Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in managing customer enablement or delivery teams in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across distributed teams
  • Experience driving accountability for adoption and retention metrics
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and familiarity with interoperability standards preferred
