Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance for complex customer issues, focusing on API integrations and platform functionality
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for distribution partners on platform features and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with teams to improve training programs and address complex integration issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
- Extensive experience with API troubleshooting and data validation
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure for troubleshooting system-level issues
- Experience with at least one coding language for basic scripting or data manipulation
- Experience delivering presentations or training sessions, preferably in a technical context
