Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance for complex customer issues, focusing on API integrations and platform functionality
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for distribution partners on platform features and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with teams to improve training programs and address complex integration issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
  • Extensive experience with API troubleshooting and data validation
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure for troubleshooting system-level issues
  • Experience with at least one coding language for basic scripting or data manipulation
  • Experience delivering presentations or training sessions, preferably in a technical context
