Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer with a focus on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack
  • Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure automation and pipeline misconfigurations
  • Provide advanced technical guidance on database integrations and service communication
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
  • Deep experience with FinOps products and data-centric tools
  • Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
  • Familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
