Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
Deep experience with FinOps products and data-centric tools
Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
Familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
