Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer who will manage strategic accounts and drive technical strategy for complex deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for customer acquisition and product expansion
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for strategic customers, ensuring value realization
  • Identify opportunities for adoption and growth, connecting technical work to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts with executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables
  • Hands-on use of AI tools integrated into day-to-day work
