Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for complex deployments and customer onboarding, ensuring value realization
- Identify opportunities for adoption and expansion, diagnosing issues and designing paths forward
- Build team capabilities through playbooks, coaching, and improving workflows across the Customer Engineering team
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts with executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables
- Hands-on use of AI tools integrated into day-to-day work
