• Develop and execute regional business plans to drive distribution, share, and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, with 3+ years leading sales teams
• Proven success in managing regional or national accounts
• Expertise in broker management and trade spend optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
