Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and optimization of Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and generate insights
  • Act as a system owner in Qualtrics, managing integrations and dashboards
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience or related data-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience performing statistical analysis on complex datasets
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics or ability to learn quickly
  • Experience integrating Qualtrics with Salesforce or Gainsight is preferred
  • Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or data manipulation in Excel/Python/R is a plus
