Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and optimization of Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and generate insights
- Act as a system owner in Qualtrics, managing integrations and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience or related data-focused roles
- Hands-on experience performing statistical analysis on complex datasets
- Working knowledge of Qualtrics or ability to learn quickly
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with Salesforce or Gainsight is preferred
- Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or data manipulation in Excel/Python/R is a plus
