Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and optimization of Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and maintain a cohesive listening strategy
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and identify opportunities for improving customer retention and growth
  • Act as a system owner in Qualtrics, managing integrations and ensuring accurate data flows across platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), Voice of the Customer (VoC), or related data-focused role
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics and integrating it with Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or data manipulation in Excel/Python/R is a plus
